Space Propulsion 2010 will be held in the Kursaal Congress Centre, San Sebastian, Spain.

Designed by the renowned architect Rafael Moneo, the Kursaal Congress centre is located in the centre of San Sebastian facing the Bay of Biscay, the epicentre of the city’s cultural and congress activity.
